Any ideas on how to ease pain from stretching skin?

This may sound weird, but I feel like my skin is so stretched on my stomach that it hurts. Its sort of like a pulled muscle type pain and only in certain spots (like where his bottom and feet continously push out).





Any ideas on how to relieve it? Its just getting annoying now and I would love some temporary relief!|||maybe try a nice warm bath and make sure you keep ur tummy moisturized.|||You could use some kind of belly butter/lotion to help your skin to be more supple. The pulled-muscle type of pain is called round ligament pain and thats from your uterus stretching and making room for the baby, rest is one of the best ways to alleviate it, get off your feet for a little bit; change positions slowly, stretching exercises really helped me (place your hands and knees on the floor, lower your head to the floor and keep your bottom up =) a warm (but not hot) bath, and if it is too bad, tylenol is safe to take during pregnancy. Good news is that it goes away as soon as the baby is born! Good luck and I hope you find something that helps you out. I went through the same thing. I felt like my stomach was just going to bust open!! **Good luck**|||Cow utter cream. go take a bath and let teh water run on your beely to ease pain.|||mix olive oil with wheat germ oil and apply it to your stomach daily befor going to bed
