Is there any certain foods that are great for your skin?

I know the whole %26quot;drink lots of water%26quot;thing but i just cant do that!..is there any foods that are good for spots which can be either eaten or put on the face.or any house-hold remedies e.g toothpaste for pimples?any suggestions would be grateful!|||I find that olive oil, avocados, fish, etc...any food with %26quot;good%26quot; oils in it are also good for the skin (and hair).
