What can I eat to improve the condition of my skin?

I refuse to believe that what you eat doesn%26#039;t have effects on the quality of your skin.|||A vegan diet.|||Hi, good nutrition is the foundation for healthy skin. A well-balanced diet will ensure that your body receives the vitamins and mineral it needs to support and maintain the health of the skin. Foods rich in sulphur, such as onions and garlic, may be particularly helpful to those who suffer from acne. There are also several nutritional supplements that may be helpful in the maintenance of healthy skin. Supplements of b-complex vitamins as well as vitamin C, and A are very important for the strength, growth, and vitality of the skin.

Vitamin E and the mineral zinc orotate are also useful supplements as they both contain antioxidants that can help protect the skin from damage.

stop using products on your face|||I like everyones answers here. They are all brilliant people, I doubt the efficacy of the liver cleanse only because I have tried it myself and I think it is a smoke and mirrors trick. The nutrition thing is a major lifestyle change and that can be difficult even though it would be the best thing you ever did.

If you do one thing only I suggest you go with EFA%26#039;s (essential fatty acids) which includes Omega3%26#039;s like a poster above suggested. Read on http://www.askwaltstollmd.com/ about EFA%26#039;s, I believe he suggests some sites that sell quality supplements. It will take a couple months to see changes.|||Omega 3 helps with skin and hair. As for foods I am not really sure look it up found this site should be helpful.
