What's the most annoying thing that gets under your skin on yahoo answers?

I honestly think people who post a question and, then advertise in a quote %26quot;best answer ten points%26quot; are lacking brain cells. Yes that really does annoy me when people do that. Like someone who participates on this site doesn%26#039;t know that.|||i hate when you have a question and people answer your question with a joke. dont answer my questions if you%26#039;re gonna be a dick|||There%26#039;s 2 main things that annoy me on Yahoo Answers.

1 is spam. I hate this so much, I wish people who include spam in their answers would just get a life.

2 is poeple who give answers to questions that in my opinion don%26#039;t qualify as answers and they shouldn%26#039;t of got points for it.

For example: Some people may find certain questions rude so they give answers like %26quot;Get a life%26quot; or %26quot;Get lost%26quot;. That ain%26#039;t no answer!

Also some people give answers like %26quot;I don%26#039;t know%26quot;. THAT%26#039;S JUST DUMB! If you don%26#039;t know you should just move on to another quetion.|||the reason they say 10 pts is that:

not everyone always chooses the best answer leaving it for voting and if you know people can vote against all the answers and there are many questions that have no best answers for years. so why the arrogance?

as for me i dislike people in Rock%26amp;Pop section who talk shite about modern bands and how they all suck and as the good band they present some simplistic crap like Motley Creu from the past. while there are many garbage bands around today there are also acts that are able to tear all that overrated crap from the past into a British flag. i take it those mostly arrogant teens never question the authority of their daddys` or mommas`.

Meshuggah, The Dillinger Escape Plan, The Mars Volta, Gojira...|||When someone uses a %26quot;question%26quot; as a statement for the beginning of a rant. Why not just post your views on someone else%26#039;s question, instead of an unnecessary rant?|||The use of terms like %26quot;preggo%26quot; %26quot;preggers%26quot;..... and the idiots who think we have x ray vision and can answer their question of %26quot;am I pregnant?%26quot;|||People who use improper grammar and spelling. My brother has some rash on his skin and his skin is rough? How do I get rid of that rash?

Well, we%26#039;re currently living in a desert area - Kuwait, that is polluted to some extent and that did go through a war. So does this rash have anything to do with his skin%26#039;s condition? Well, he was born in Kuwait. Maybe that has something to do with it? And strangely, me and my parents are not having any skin trouble and we were born in a more %26quot;natural%26quot; place where there%26#039;s actual greenery.|||There are a lot of different rashes such as eczema, hives, psoriasis, scabies etc. I am not sure if where you are born would be related to a rash. Why do you think that women tennis players expose more skin than their male counterparts?

female tennis players usually wear skimpy dresses with too much of their skin exposed...and still play slower than men who are usually wearing long shorts and sleeved shirts. Do you think women feel hot always, and men feel cold always?|||I believe more women show more skin because throughout the evolution of the fashion industry, there are many parts of a woman%26#039;s body that she can show, and still be considered acceptable. And personally when it comes to tennis I believe that both men and women show equal amount of skin, that they are allowed to. There was a time, not to long ago, where a male tennis player could not even show his arms and biceps. Now these days, sometimes you wish you could tell some of these male players to cover up because it%26#039;s really not pretty to look at. What is this skin colored bump on my face about 2mm round and an inch below my eye?

Should I go see a doctor? And how do I do that? Go to my primary to get referred to a dermatologist? This bump arrived several months ago and seems clear - because is the same color as the rest of my pale, freckly skin. Or maybe I shouldn%26#039;t worry about it and this is just about getting older? Skin tags are totally harmless. Many pregnant women get them...I got them on my neck and collar bone area when I was pregnant with my second child. Some have fallen off, some I%26#039;m still waiting for them to fall off. My second son is 3 1/2 and I%26#039;m 33.

How come my cat licks my arms and kneads my skin?

It seems like she is in a cuddly mood because she is purring. But, she licks both my arms while kneading them. It freaks me out. Why does she do it?|||One reason why cats knead paws stems from their kittenhood. Kittens must nurse their mother to get life-sustaining milk. Kneading mom%26#039;s teats stimulates the let-down response, causing the milk to flow more freely. The movements are instinctive, and since they incur a reward, kitty naturally transfers the behavior to other places and things in the hope of more good things to come.

There%26#039;s another popular theory that cats knead paws because they might have been weaned from their mother too early, and are acting out the behavior of their %26quot;inner kitten%26quot;. In reality, this probably isn%26#039;t the answer. After all, have you ever known a cat who didn%26#039;t knead its paws at one time or another? They can%26#039;t all have been weaned too early, can they?

Kneading seems to be more of a comforting action for cats since it mainly takes place during periods of happiness and contentment. It would be quite unusual to see a cat stop to knead its paws when it feels angry or threatened.

Yes, your cat licking you can a sign of affection. Another way of showing affection is gently biting on your nose or your face. I do it with my cats all the time.|||i agree with herexinxyourxarms about the kneading thing, but there is another reason they lick you....they do it to get the salt from your skin, when we sweat, which we do all the time, we sweat out natural salt (which is why you need more salt when its hot than when its cold) the cat needs salt too, and if its not getting a lot in its diet, it will find a way, just as we would do too.....i know a lot about salt as i am slightly allergic, and therefore i have to make sure im getting enough....my salt must be cooked in or i vomit.....so i have to be aware of how much goes in as it cant be added afterwards|||she wants to get the taste of poop from her mouth on to your skin. your cat probably always licks her butt as most cats do. your skin tastes better. if i was a cat, i would rather not taste poop.|||She licks your arm to get needed salt from your skin (weird I know) And Im not sure why cats knead.|||that%26#039;s cat love. get used to it.

What is the best shade/brand of foundation for my skin tone?

I have freckles, but not the usual fair complexion that accompanies people with freckles, any suggestions.|||Take someone with you to the store. Find an oil-free foundation, and hold the bottles up to your skin for the other person to help you pick out what matches your tone the best.|||I%26#039;ve been really impressed with L%26#039;Oreal True Match colors. At my local drugstore they have this plastic sheet that%26#039;s attached to the display that you hold up to your face or inner arm to choose your shade. It actually worked for me, and that%26#039;s never happened before. Also, the shade that it led me to was not a shade I%26#039;d have picked from the color that showed through the bottle, but it really did blend into my complexion beautifully. Give it a try!

If you don%26#039;t wanna do it yourself then stop by a make-up counter at one of the local deparment stores. Hope That Helps!!|||Hi, i would go into a store that sell make up near you and see which ones suit your shade of skin. As i cannot see you i cannot really tell you what colour to use,Plus if i do recommend you one and you go and try it it might be a totally wrong shade for you. But the i think you could benefit from a sheer cover i foundation or a true match foundation as it will adjust to the colour of your skin. I recommend Loreal foundations. Im currantly using infaliable that lasts for 15 hours and it covers everything. also rimmel 12 hour breathable foundation covers up well to. The trick is to get the one nearest to you skin tone, or you will end up orange. I would also recommend trying a few on your face you may feel a little daft applying it in the store but in the past i have bought foundations that suit me and when i i get out in normal light they have been the totally wrong colour. The lights in the shops make buying foundation a night mare, and as some are very expensive it is a lot of money to waste. So apply wait a little then buy.|||Your best bet id to go into a big store and a) talk to the sales girls (not the one with the ORANGE face obviously). or b) try a few testers for yourself (do it on your jaw line NOT your hand).

It all depends what kind of look your after, I feel a bit strange if I can%26#039;t see my freckles, so I use tinted moisturiser most of the time. If I want a bit more coverage I use one of the colour adapt foundations, they even out my skin tone, without making it look like I%26#039;m wearing a mask, lol.|||2pts|||Your best bet is to go to a makeup counter and get matched by a makeup artist. Is it better to be slim or to have good skin?

I am 5ft 5 and am naturally slim like my brother. I have had acne since I was 12 and although it isn%26#039;t that bad it has really affected my confidence as I had flawless skin before. It probably sounds stupid but I have always thought that if I had good skin but weighed more it would be better as it is easier to lose weight than to get rid of spots.|||I have always felt the same way. In my case I have bad skin and I%26#039;m not slim, so it kind of sucks! My advice is just to make the right friends, people who don%26#039;t care what you look like. Why?|||There are an extremely complicated set of substances released by damaged tissues in response to an injury (they are called cytokines, interleukins, TNF, etc) and one of their results is swelling (others are increased temp, redness, leaky capillaries, migration of white cells etc).

1.* Green Tea*

Green tea is rich in antioxidants that reduce inflammation and protect cell membranes. It has been proven to reduce the damage of sunburns and overexposure to ultraviolet light, which in turn reduces the risk of skin cancer. Green tea is also high in polyphenols — compounds that eliminate cancer-causing free radicals.

Recent research by scientists at the Medical College of Georgia shows that the polyphenol most abundant in green tea — EGCG — also acts as a “fountain of youth” of sorts for skin by reactivating dying skin cells. In addition to its skin-healthy properties, green tea is also high in vitamins C, D and K, as well as riboflavin, zinc, calcium, magnesium and iron.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++…

Blueberries

2.Blueberries are considered by many experts to be the highest food source of antioxidants, which target free radicals that can wreak havoc on skin cells. The antioxidants and phytochemicals (plant sources of nutrition) in blueberries neutralize DNA-damaging free radicals, reducing cell damage. When skin cells are protected from damage and disintegration, the skin looks younger for longer. Blueberries are also an excellent source of soluble and insoluble fiber, vitamin C, manganese, vitamin E and riboflavin

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++…

3.Carrots

are an excellent source of vitamin A, which is a required nutrient for healthy skin. They also contain high levels of antioxidants, which prevent free radical damage of skin cells. Vitamin A is required for developing and maintaining skin cells, and a deficiency of the vitamin can cause dry skin. Carrots are also a superior source of fiber, biotin, vitamins K, C and B6, potassium and thiamine.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

4.Water

Drinking plenty of water — at least your individual minimum intake — will help keep your skin young and healthy-looking. Water in caffeinated or sugary beverages does not count; water intake must be from pure, clean water, which rejuvenates skin cells. Water both hydrates cells and helps them move toxins out and nutrients in. Nutrition expert Liz Lipski, PhD, CCN, says when the body is properly hydrated, it sweats more efficiently, which helps keep the skin clean and clear.

In addition to consuming therapeutic quantities of green tea, blueberries, carrots and water, u should avoid certain foods that trigger bad skin reactions. Such ingredients include sugar, white flour, saturated fats and fried foods, which are especially bad for the skin, since they can trap oil and bacteria beneath the skin, causing acne and other skin ailments.

The skin is considered the outside indicator of inside health, and putting expensive creams, lotions and treatments on the outside of the skin can’t alleviate problems that stem from inner nutritional deficiencies. Consuming the right foods and avoiding the wrong ones can reveal beautiful, youthful-looking skin without the high price tag of expensive cosmetics.

Note from Mike Adams: An important “overlay” factor on all this concerns raw foods versus cooked foods. Raw food juicing is the surest way to healthy skin, and I recommend juicing fruits, vegetables and nuts (soak them first) in a Vitamix to create superfood smoothies. People who drink raw juices on a daily basis have skin that absolutely glows. On the other hand, those who eat mostly processed, refined or cooked foods have skin that ages rapidly. So be sure to include raw food smoothies in your diet on a daily basis if you want great looking skin!|||i%26#039;ve talked to workmates from the Phillipines and India and they use coconut oil for their hair and skin.

They make 3-6-9 blends that you can take by the tablespoon or just mix in a smoothie. Also if you eat dairy, try cutting it out or cutting way back. Dairy causes all sorts of skin issues.

Greens are great for skin. Green smoothies are a great way to get them in. Make a regular fruit smoothie however you like it, then put a couple handfuls (or start slow with one handful) of spinach in. You can%26#039;t taste it through the fruit, and smoothies are the best way to get them in because it does the %26quot;chewing%26quot; for you, more than you could by mouth, so everything%26#039;s already broken down and ready to be absorbed.

The best things for evening out skin tone is beta hydroxy acids. Try Neutrogena Pore Refining Cleanser and Toner. The beta hydroxy acids will refine skin%26#039;s appearance. Another good one is Clinique Clarifying Lotion, but a bit more pricey.

I also like Loreal Skin Genesis serum, and Olay Definity Moisturizer. They are a little more expensive, but if you use a bit once a day it lasts long. I have been using the skin genesis and I find my skin tone is a lot more even. I have fair skin and used to get dry blotchy red spots.

How does pale skin get a normal looking tan?

I am very pale. I have lightlight blonde hair and light eyes. ..everyone says i need to get a tan. the lotions dont work well. So theres tanning booths and spray tans.. your thoughts?|||I am currently trying to get a nice tan before it gets cold. If you live in a warm area that averages 80 - 85 degrees then you should only lay out in the sun for a half an hour a day. Also before doing this you need to apply sun tan lotion with a good spf. This will block the sun%26#039;s most violent ultraviolet rays and will give you a nice tan. Lay on your back first for about 15 minutes and then on your stomach for another 15 minutes for a nice even tan. I%26#039;d listen to your music while your tanning, I use my music to keep track of time. Do this process for 7 days a week and you should have a perfect tan. Good luck!

Oh, and if your skin starts to peal then apply some skin lotion and keep it moist. Also avoid tanning booths, this can greatly damage your skin and could cause skin cancer. It will hurt too!|||I was the same way, I look a lot better with a tan too. The key is too get a little bit of a tan- too much just looks fake, but a moderate tan can really make you look healthier.

I wouldn%26#039;t recommend spray tanning to you- it is pretty expensive and tricky to apply. It also comes off fairly quickly.

Tanning beds would be a good option, they are better than laying in the sun because you are in a controlled environment. I would recommend starting off in a tanning bed at a LOW time, this will help you prevent burning. You can gradually go up in time and build a nice base tan.

The key to tanning is moderation. |||PLLEAASE DONT! everyone has always told me i need a tan, but after reading an article by Nicola from Girls Aloud i have been proud of my pale skin.. it looks better in the autem and winter anyways :)

How do you get rid of zits/pimples under your skin?

I always get them under my skin on my chin. They get really big and red.|||Those are cysts or nodes. Don%26#039;t pop them! You really can%26#039;t get rid of them as easily as normal acne. I%26#039;ve heard that cyst like pimples form when you have a lot of stress or when you eat a high fat/sugar diet and little to no water. If those are your eating habits try changing them and that would prevent cysts and nodes. Otherwise you can go to a derm and get a cortisone injection to lessen the swelling. OR let them go away on their own, it takes a while but it%26#039;s the cheapest solution!

http://aorihuela.qbeautyzone.com/|||what I would recomend it the acnefree kit you can get it at walmart for 20$ it is the same thing a s proactive but cost less it works really good it keeps my skin clear it would do the same for you. you can see a diference in 3 days and a bigger difference in 3 weeks if you keep using it your skin will stay breakout clear. the kit comes with toner cleanser and lotion also use nutritionist anti pore cleanser you can feel it work it leaves your skin very soft aswell.

soap, water, a flannel, and a towel.|||I would try something other that what you are currently using. Normally red spots are a red flag. I know that I have used certain brands that don%26#039;t agree with my skin even though they were for my skin type. If the foundation has always worked for you it shouldn%26#039;t be that, I would bet money on it being the new products your using for cleansing.|||If it doesn%26#039;t work or make things better then you must use Ph balanced products.
