What type of skin condition could a child have that makes them break out day or night ?

A friend of mine has a 1yr old daughter that breaks out if she is outside day or night and the child can only wear cotton clothing. What is this condition called?|||Allergies.|||Excema. My granddaughter has it. It%26#039;s wierd how it only comes out at certain times. The good thing is that it%26#039;s harmless.|||It sounds like she has a form of Eczema.





I have it too only mine is atopic dermatitis.


Her doctor should be able to diagnos this and tell her if she has a mild or serious case.
