How can I get rid of the hard crusty skin on the back of my heals?

I normally get pedicures once a week (sometimes every other week) but a couple hours later my heals are back to being hard, dry and crusty. I even use one of those stone things on my heals in the shower and it doesnt seem to help. Any ideas of what I can do to get my heals back to smooth?!?|||My gf has a similar problem. I told her I was going to use my electric sander on them to get rid of the dead skin. I don%26#039;t, but what I do do is use the stone thing on her heels and then rub lotion on them. It makes them feel a little better for her and me to touch, and it keeps them from being real nasty for a few days.|||Lotion|||Get one of those heavy duty nail files, the black ones are for the feet.|||Soak your feet in some warm soapy water and use a pumice stone. Once your feet are dry, use unrefined shea butter.|||Get some serious moisturizer and use it daily. You can also rub vasoline on your feet every night after your shower and sleep with socks on.|||You could by an acid peel for your feet and the old skin falls off??|||use a pumice stone or a file every other day, lotion with a heavy lotion made for feet, and put vaseline or heavy lotion on your feet and then put on cotton socks before bed, it%26#039;ll clear up like magic|||coco butter lotion
