I wear flip flop sandals alot and was wondering if this could be the cause of my rough heels?|||- oil ur feet 1/2 an hour prior soaking. this softens the skin in the heels
- soak ur feet in warm water for 1/2 an hour
- using a foot file or pumice stone, scrub the heels to remove the rough skin.
- rinse ur feet and apply heel cream or vaseline.
- wear cotton socks and sleep in them.
- if u have carpet at home mosturise ur feet more and wear socks at home. this will prevent over-drying of ur feet.|||okay to get rid of that you can use a foot file... heel to toe is a goood brand.|||Soak your feet in 4 quarts of warm water with the juice of 2 grapefruits for about 20 minutes. Scrub heels with a pumice stone and follow up with Arbonne Intelligence foot cream. Use the cream every night before bed. You can buy it at the link below.|||it can be if u dont exfoliate ur body and feet, if so then try to exfoliate ur heels and apply some deep moisturizer or even Vaseline, wear socks over night for best results, then the next day u will have soft silky heels, but to keep it this way u should apply and exfoliate ur heels when u feel that its starting to have rough skin. enjoy ur flip flop with a little bit of care to ur heels :)|||Get a foot file and use a good foot cream... If you do it every day or every other day they won%26#039;t get bad and you won%26#039;t have to do it as long....|||If you want a simple daily tip to keep your feet smooth, mix 1 part vinegar with 2 parts water in a spray bottle. Keep in your shower %26amp; mist your feet with this solution each time you bathe and you%26#039;re feet will feel much smoother in about one weeks time. Doing the pumice stone will work but is more labor intensive and if you use the vinegar/water combo your need for exfoliating will decrease! Make sure to rinse well as I have encountered stinky vinegar feet on occasion!|||go get a pedicure, they will soak your feet and take off all of the rough skin. everyone has rough skin on their feet, i doubt it has much to do with the shoes you wear.
