How much do you notice a person with bad skin?

Acne? Old acne scars? Flaky skin? Bad makeup? How much does this effect your opinion about someone? Can a person with bad skin ever be attractive? How bad does bad skin have to be to make a person ugly?|||Bad acne scars does not affect my opinion of anyone. Beauty comes from within. I do not judge people based on their looks.
