1 is spam. I hate this so much, I wish people who include spam in their answers would just get a life.
2 is poeple who give answers to questions that in my opinion don%26#039;t qualify as answers and they shouldn%26#039;t of got points for it.
For example: Some people may find certain questions rude so they give answers like %26quot;Get a life%26quot; or %26quot;Get lost%26quot;. That ain%26#039;t no answer!
Also some people give answers like %26quot;I don%26#039;t know%26quot;. THAT%26#039;S JUST DUMB! If you don%26#039;t know you should just move on to another quetion.|||the reason they say 10 pts is that:

My brother has some rash on his skin and his skin is rough? How do I get rid of that rash?
Well, we%26#039;re currently living in a desert area - Kuwait, that is polluted to some extent and that did go through a war. So does this rash have anything to do with his skin%26#039;s condition? Well, he was born in Kuwait. Maybe that has something to do with it? And strangely, me and my parents are not having any skin trouble and we were born in a more %26quot;natural%26quot; place where there%26#039;s actual greenery.|||There are a lot of different rashes such as eczema, hives, psoriasis, scabies etc. I am not sure if where you are born would be related to a rash. It could be helpful for him to hydrate the skin if it is rough with a sensitive skin moisturizer or something natural such as olive oil, coconut oil or vitamin e.

What is the best color of eye shadow for pale skin, black hair, and brown eyes?
Yeah so basically I look asian but I have double eyelids. I%26#039;m starting work soon so I need to start wearing makeup. Any good color suggestions? I don%26#039;t want to wear anything too bright or flashy (like green or purple).

What are some good body lotions that really make your skin soft?

What causes oily skin and how do i get rid of it?
this year i started gettin oily skin. when i wake up in the morning and after the day sometimes. i have had acne before nd have a little now. but what causes it and how do i get rid of it?? its mostly oily on my forehead too.|||Take a knife and shave your skin off. Why is the skin peeling off of my finger tips?
In the past week or so, the skin has started to peel off of my finger tips. It started with the thumbs and the worked it%26#039;s way top the rest of the fingers. It doesn%26#039;t really hurt, the skin underneath is just a bit sensative, and when it peels, it feels like wax on my fingers. when they are done peeling that new skin is a little red and somewhat wrinkled. has this ever happened to you, what%26#039;s going on? Why is my skin always crusty, rough and flaky when I apply powder?
I use moisturizer before applying powder, yet my skin is always bumpy and weird looking. I can%26#039;t affort new powder, either.|||don%26#039;t use any powder as it dries the skin out.
use a clean soft towel to dry your skin after washing
