How can I make the file size smaller to make a skin on Bebo?

I wanna make a bebo skin. I%26#039;m using Adobe Photoshop CS3 and all i%26#039;ve done is turned the whole thing black, but when i try to upload it on bebo, it says the file size is too large. I can%26#039;t save the file type as something else because it has to be a JPEG to upload it on bebo. I can%26#039;t resize the image because it has to be a certain size, because its a certain part of the skin.

Can anyone help?|||In photoshop, go to file - %26quot;save for web%26quot; and it will let you save as a really small file size. You can adjust the quality to make it even smaller if it%26#039;s still too big. I think you can find more help at http://www.bebostation.com/help on using Photoshop CS3 to make Bebo Skins.|||or you could use
