How do you get those little black dots off your skin after you shave?

after i shave my legs..and elsewheres..theres little black hair follicoles left..and i use a new sharp razor and shave gel and noxema skin care creme..and there are still black dots!|||That%26#039;s just how it is. You can try a bleaching cream, but for the most part, they%26#039;re there to stay honey.|||Those black dots might be blackheads or maybe your hairs thats not cut down all the way.|||u should wax...|||those are your hairs just cut short.
