Besides lotion, what foods do you eat to leave your skin that beautiful, silky smooth look?

eat up on salmon. it is by far the healthiest bet on nutrients and wtvr for ur hair and skin. i went to a dermatlogist and he said that you should eat as much of it as you can afford and at least once a week. i have been doing that and im telling you it helps. SALMON!!! also almonds arent bad and avocados, olives...basically natural foods that have fatty oils but healthy fats. good luck !|||i have heard that avacodo works really good it like mosturizes your skin.

heres how to make it:

Ingredients:

1 avocado

3-4 drops of almond oil

Preparation

Peel and mash avocado and add almond oil until the mass is consistent.

Apply to face while massaging it gently.

Let it rest for 30 minutes and rinse off with warm water.

Before you move on to the next mask, here is avocado trivia for you:

Can you answer this? Is avocado a fruit or vegetable?

It%26#039;s a fruit :) For some reason, I always thought it was a vegetable.

On to the next facial mask....

Moisturizing Avocado facial mask recipe

Ingredients:

1 avocado

1 teaspoon of apple vinegar

1 egg white

3 teaspoons of olive oil

Preparation:

Peel and mash avocado and start adding the rest of the ingredients. Egg white should be beaten before you put it in.

When the mass is done, apply to face and wash off after 20 minutes or so.

This mask provides great moisture for skin, making it soft and elastic.

I use both of these masks weekly and really like the results that I get. I also recommend them to all my friends who like sun tanning, they are an excellent way to replenish the skin%26#039;s moisture after a long day in the sun :)

(you can replace the almond oil in the first one with water)

if you want a exfoliating mask use egg whites and let them dry on your face and it will harden and then whipe it off. If your skin is dry the yolk is good for mostuizing your face.

you can also make an exfoliator with sugar and water. just wet your face and put sugar on it and scrub

:]|||Heehe! I was gonna say the %26quot;you eat lotion%26quot; thing too. =D

Eating healthy is good for your skin, so cut out processed foods (i.e. anything with hydrogenated oils, preservatives, etc.), eat lots of DARK green, leafy veggies. Fruit. Avocado is good. And yes, keeping hydrated is pretty much key to healthy skin.

Eating all natural foods is a little bit more expensive, but it%26#039;s totally worth it in the long run, because you are paying that little bit extra for your health and happiness =D|||Keeping hydrated with water is important.

Also, avocados %26amp; olives have the %26quot;good fat%26quot; that is beneficial to hair, nails, and skin|||if you are like me and do not like to eat fish, you could try flax seeds. they have omega-3s and omega-6s that are good for skin, hair, nails, and they are also heart healthy.|||Yes, olive oil is supposed to be good for the skin. Also, fish oil supplements if you don%26#039;t eat a lot of seafood.|||Anything natural....fruit,veggies,water.|||No please don%26#039;t eat lotion. LOL..

Eat more avocado and drink more water..|||You eat lotion? Weird. H2O is the best thing for skin.|||Fruits %26amp; veges!!|||make sure you drink lots of water and take vitamins
